3-Session Integration Series: A focused, short-term series to help you stay grounded and connected as you re-enter daily life. Ideal for maintaining the tools and rhythm of the retreat.
Full Integration Package: Ongoing support over several weeks with a combination of coaching, somatic check-ins, and guided practices tailored to your specific process. This package is designed to deepen embodiment and sustain transformation long-term.
Each session is available via Zoom or phone, allowing you to reconnect with your practitioner wherever you are.
