In your first session, your practitioner will walk you through the components of your personalized retreat, explain the process of personal growth and lasting change, and help you create powerful intentions that will set the tone for your entire retreat experience. This session will “set the stage” for your deeply transformative retreat experience.
Confusion and uncertainty drain our energy and keep us from moving forward in our lives. This session is designed to help you obtain clarity on your current life situation and give you tools to maintain this level of clarity when you return home. Through guided imagery, life coaching and other practices, your practitioner will assist you in making aligned decisions and mapping out the next steps of your spiritual journey.

We invite you to step into our Shamanic healing portal. This session involves spiritual energy working at a deep level in the luminous energy field of our being. The Shamanic healing may involve clearing imprints, energy blocks, cutting chords, soul retrieval, and resetting the fight or flight mechanism. The shamanic practitioner links with ‘Universal’ or Divine energy to channel healing for the mind, body, and spirit. Affinities are removed and the energy field rebalanced through an illumination.

“Mālama ke kino,” Which means deep caring for the body. This energy work will use sound healing to elevate your chakra system, clear stuck energy, and leave you feeling grounded. Using a variety of modalities, this session is designed to connect you with Maui and cleanse your energy.

In this session, you will experience a Kahakai cleansing ceremony. This practice is often held on the beach or in the Ocean to purify the mind and body and set intentions.
