Meet the cleansing sacred waters of ‘Īao Valley where Nature meets that which wishes to be released. During your retreat with us, light is shown upon that which is ready to be released welcoming in a more powerful, more grounded, more vibrant version of yourself. As we hike upstream along the sacred waters of ‘Īao Valley, we clarify via intention that which is ready to drop away. In the sacred cleansing ceremony, we declare and open ourselves to truly letting go of that which has served in the past, yet no longer does in this moment, nor moving forward. Upon conclusion of our ceremony, we bathe in the cool flowing waters, giving gratitude to that which has assisted us in getting to this point in our life’s journey, and intentionally letting go of that which no longer serves us. This is a beautiful conclusion to any retreat as we anchor in the changes you are embracing and welcome in your new way of being.
