Trauma-Informed Meditation: Turning Toward Experience
This session gently guides a new way of relating to your inner experience—not by fixing, suppressing, or re-experiencing the past, but by meeting what is present with choice, awareness, and compassion. You will practice turning toward bodily sensation only to the degree that feels safe, allowing the nervous system to soften and reorganize naturally.
This subtle yet powerful approach supports the body’s innate capacity to process and release held tension without overwhelm. Following the session, you may notice spaciousness, deep relaxation, fatigue, subtle emotional shifts, or minimal immediate change—all of which are normal signs of ongoing integration that continues both consciously and unconsciously.
